Description:
We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator for our Paignton based client. They offer a very friendly working environment, and this is a pivotal role for the business. You will play a supportive role to the Managing Director, and due to the nature of the business they would like a candidate that can commit to part time hours across 5 days. Start and finish times can be flexible to suit. Systems wise they currently use Opera, so experience of this system would be a bonus, but is not essential.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Provision of management figures to the Directors.
* Sales Ledger
* Banking
* Payroll
* Providing information to the Accountant for annual accounts.
* Purchase Ledger.
* Closing the sales, purchase, and nominal ledgers monthly.
* VAT Returns.
* General Admin.
