One of my clients based in Hertfordshire is looking for an experienced ASB Officer on a Part-Time, Permanent basis.

It would be ideal if you had experience within:

* Management of a caseload of 15 high level cases at any one time over a patch of 800 properties

* Preparing and presenting cases in court on behalf of Housing Associations

* Serving NOPS\'s and other notifications as this will be a key requirement for this role

* Dealing with complex ASB cases from beginning to end whilst delivering excellent customer satisfaction throughout

* Customer facing roles

Although the role does not require a DBS it will aid your application if you have one. Additionally, being a driver with access to your own car would be helpful.
