Export Admin - Part Time

Description:

Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an Export Administrator behalf of our client, based on the outskirts of Newmarket.

Job Title: Export Administrator

Type: Part time Permanent

Salary: £19k-£22k (pro rata)

Hours: 25 per week, this could increase due to business demands, Monday to Friday - 12:30pm-5:30pm

Responsibilities:

Keep records update

Filing and Documents to be completed accurately

Telephone Answering

Dealing directly with clients and service users

Opening Mail / Contribution Letters plus

Preparing paperwork for export orders

Creating electronic and paper files for custom orders

Liaising with shippers

Create the monthly export reports

Skills and experience required:

Experience within a busy environment

PC literate - Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent telephone manner

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal

Able to work under pressure and prioritise workload

Have great attention to detail
