Connections Recruitment are working in partnership with a property developer in Leeds who are seeking a Part-Time Administrator, either 3 full days or for the right candidate spread across the week to support their expanding business.

The ideal candidate will be well versed in working in a multitask fast paced environment where priorities change requiring flexibility. It is essential that you have exceptional communication, organizational skills and a very keen eye for detail

Maintain and update databases and query log, working alongside consultants to process change of occupancies.
Dealing with utility billing queries, liaising sub-contractors to ensure the smooth running of projects i.e. meter installations / removals, sub-metering etc.
Chasing tenants for payment of utility arrears.
Liaising with Facilities Managers and Support staff to ensure monthly meter reads are obtained and updated.
Liaising with other stakeholders to gather and collate sustainability information and ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Support sustainability engagement programmes
Manage Energy Performance Certificates, managing expiry and organising new
