Part Time Administrator

Description:

Alliance Personnel are currently recruiting for part time administrator to join one of their clients based in Dudley.
Key Duties
* Inputting and processing of sales orders received via phone and email
* Calling & Logging of customer orders
* Customer invoicing
* General office administration including basic accounts, filing, and keeping supplier and customer records updated
* To assist with and/or take responsibility for confirmation of timesheets and undertake any house-keeping exercises where necessary
Essential Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
* Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
This is a part time role with potential of going full time.
Monday - Friday, 10am - 2pm (4h / day)
