Are you an experienced Caretaker with general skills across all trades? Randstad CPE FM Division are currently hiring for a Caretaker to join our national facilities management client on a permanent basis, on a part time contract.

The successful candidate must have experience in a similar role and will take overall responsibility to ensure the environment is safe and secure.

The package:

Salary up to £20,675 per annum
20 hours per week (part time)

Training and development coursesDuties & responsibilities:

To carry out procedures associated with the general operations of the facility, relating to security and access, maintenance and repair and health and safety.
Responsible for the day to day operations and arrange for appropriate maintenance, reporting any faults to your manager.
To take delivery and arrange for the storage of materials, stores and other goods relating to the facility.
Carrying out remedial tasks such as litter picking, portering and gritting.
Carrying out emergency cleaning duties as required with the general areas including facilities and grounds.
To carry out minor repairs/maintenance tasks.
Maintain limited budgets including accounting for expenditure and the handling and processing of cash, cheques and other financial data.The successful candidate:

Experience in carrying out general maintenance work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
