Job Role: Part Time Customer Care Advisor (Evenings)

Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4:00pm until 8:00pm

Salary: £18\'000 per annum (pro rota)

Location: Wolverhampton (Remote Working)

Start Date: Immediately

An exciting opportunity has arisen for x2 Part Time Customer Care Advisors to work on a remote basis for an established service provider within the utilities sector. As a Customer Care Advisor, you will work as part of their Customer Care Contact Centre providing an out of hours call handling service to customers whilst striving to achieve Contact Centre SLA\'s. You will be expected to handle all customer interactions in a professional manner and understand the importance of first call resolution and first class customer satisfaction.

You will be comfortable and excel in the below responsibilities:

First point of contact for all inbound customer calls, enquiries and escalations
Conducting outbound call activity (where required)
Reviewing, investigating and effective resolution of all Customer complaints
Accurately updating customer interaction onto Client CRM system
Effective liaison with internal Customer Liaison and Operational Teams
Processing both regulatory and goodwill Customer payments
Analysing customer data to understand and recommend key trends for best practice and areas for improvement
Providing proactive and professional support to the Customer Liaison Team Experience / Skills required for this role:

Proven track record in delivering a proactive customer experience
Direct customer service / contact centre experience
Experience in working within a service delivery industry (desirable)
Ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external Customers
Ability to demonstrate working to and achieving performance targets
Ability to demonstrate a flexible approach that adapts to changing business and Customer needs
Ability to compile, interpret and challenge analytical data/reports
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills
Competent with CRM / Customer Management Systems
