Job Title: Part Time Receptionist/Administration Assistant

Salary: £21,000 per annum (pro rata)

Location: Burgess Hill

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Thursday & Friday, 8.30am/9am - 5pm/5.30pm, 15 hours per week

We are thrilled to be working with our well-established and successful client in their search for a Part Time Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join their busy team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent customer service and organisational skills.

In this role you will be required to provide an efficient administrative support across a range of areas within the company, and provide a first-class reception service, ensuring that all staff and visitors are greeted and dealt with in a warm, friendly, and efficient manner.

This role is part of a job share, and as such the days and hours are fixed to Thursdays and Fridays every week.

The Role:

Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all staff and visitors.
Be first point of contact for all incoming calls and deal with them in a friendly and efficient manner
Collect and distribute the post.
Be responsible for providing an efficient administrative support service across range of
Ensure the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times
Manage office supplies including stationery and groceries
Oversee the meeting room booking system and ensure rooms are prepared
Assist with the organising company events, meetings and training days
Assist with ad hoc projects as and when
Be aware of individual roles and responsibilities under the Company's systems in relation to Health and Safety
Understand the Company's policies and procedures in relation to confidentiality and data protection legislationThe Person:

Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Strong organisational skills
Able to prioritise tasks
Competent in using Microsoft Office Software Packages (including Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and general office equipment
Self-motivated and able to use initiative
Accuracy and good attention to detail
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
