Administrator / Receptionist

Job Summary

To provide reception and administrative support to the team, together with outstanding customer service.

Front of House duties will involve:

You will be first point of contact to all our patients, ensuring a warm, friendly welcome and a pleasant clinic environment.
Provide outstanding customer service. Listen to, get to know and understand the needs of the patients to ensure they receive total care.
Book follow up appointments in the diary, move/alter existing appointments.
Make sure all rooms are ready for patients and clinic is secure at all times.
Filing, printing, photocopying and uploading documents.
Taking payments and correctly logging these

Qualifications/Experience/Training/Skills required

Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Attention to detail
Impeccable telephone manner
Good knowledge of MS Office
Confidential
Excellent time management skills
Flexible
Previous medical experience not mandatory
Previous customer service experience desired
Non-Smoker as we are a health-promoting business

Hours are Monday to Thursday, 3.30pm - 9.00pm
