Our client is looking for a part time Property Administrator

Client Details

A leading property firm


Our client is a leading independent Letting Agency, based in Edinburgh. Due to their continued success, they are seeking a Property Administrator to join their team.

Joining a busy and friendly team of six your duties will include organising property maintenance checks and instructing remedial works as necessary, maintaining the property database and ensuring all details are accurate, monitoring and controlling various safety certificates, processing invoices, producing quotes for approval and other general administration duties as required.

Skills and experience required - Strong administration skills (ideally gained from a property background however applicants with a strong administrative background will be considered) -

Experience of working with multiple third-party suppliers would be beneficial - Ability to prioritise and co-ordinate tasks efficiently and ensuring deadlines are met - Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy (crucial for data input) - Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Full clean driving license - Enjoys working in a small fun office environment Working hours will be Monday to Friday
