Job Role:
Reception. Job Share Monday & Tuesday OR
Thursday & Friday 09:00am to 05:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a positive client experience at all times.
* Effective handling of all telephone calls
* Messages being passed on in a timely manner
* Efficient use of case management
* Greeting all clients and visitors
* General housekeeping of the reception and meeting rooms
* Check and maintain stock levels
* Ensure meeting rooms are refreshed following client meetings
* Prepare refreshments and catering for client meetings
* Calculate daily totals of new enquiries
* Enter data onto a spreadsheet
* Copy client ID and certify original copies as required.
* Accept cheques and prepare receipts
Desirable skills and competence:
* High standard of IT skills including Outlook, Word, report writing tools and other relevant legal software
* Excellent time management
* Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* Highly motivated
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience of handling customer/client enquires on either the telephone or face to face
* Excellent levels of customer service
